Suku Jewellery is a handcrafted jewellery brand based in Bali, Indonesia. Contact: hey@sukujewellery.com.
All items are handcrafted from 925 sterling silver with 18ct gold plating. Because they are made by hand, minor variations in finish are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
Product images are as accurate as possible but colours may vary slightly on different screens. We reserve the right to make minor changes to designs.
All prices are shown in your local currency equivalent and charged in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) at checkout. Your bank will apply the conversion rate at the time of payment.
Payment is processed securely through Xendit. We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.
We dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
These are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty.
To request an exchange, email hey@sukujewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Discount codes and promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. They apply to the subtotal of your order, excluding shipping.
