All Suku pieces are made from 925 sterling silver with 18ct gold plating on the gold versions. We work with skilled silversmiths in Bali who have been crafting jewellery for generations.

We recommend keeping all jewellery dry. Prolonged exposure to water, sweat, perfume or cleaning products can dull the plating over time. Take pieces off before swimming, showering or exercising.

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Store in the pouch your order arrives in, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and lotions — put jewellery on last. With proper care, your pieces will last for years.

All gold plating wears over time — this is normal. How quickly it fades depends on how often you wear it and whether it comes into contact with water or chemicals. Following the care tips above will extend the life of your plating significantly.

Our 925 sterling silver pieces contain a small percentage of other metals (typically copper). If you have a known nickel allergy, we recommend patch-testing or contacting us before purchasing.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets through our secure Xendit payment page. Payment is processed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) — your bank will convert it at the current exchange rate.

Yes — you will receive a payment confirmation from our payment provider as soon as your order is complete. We will send a separate shipping notification once your order is on its way.

All orders are handcrafted and dispatched from Bali, Indonesia.

We dispatch within 3–5 working days of receiving payment. Delivery times after dispatch: Indonesia 3–5 days, SE Asia 5–7 days, Australia / NZ 7–10 days, UK & Europe 10–14 days, Rest of World 10–14 days. These are estimates — international shipping times can vary.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region. Orders over $150 (USD equivalent) qualify for free shipping to all destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these charges — please check with your local customs office before ordering.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Please email hey@sukujewellery.com to start the process.

We pack every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will make it right.
