Refund & Exchange Policy

You can exchange or refund any undamaged product (with the exception of the earrings category) purchased from us, as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days. Return of undamaged goods for exchange or refund is completely at your cost and risk. We do not refund any packaging or postage costs.

We will refund or exchange any item that arrives broken or damaged, or if an incorrect order is received. We will be happy to replace your item at no extra cost.

We will approve and process all items returned to us in their original condition and packaging. For your protection, please ensure the item is packed against possible damage during shipping. We suggest sending return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope, and recommend that you insure your package. We are not responsible for returns that arrive damaged. Once we receive the returned item, all returns are processed within 7 days.
