Refund Policy & Exchange

You can exchange or refund any undamaged product (with the exception of earrings category) purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days. Due to hygiene reasons, there will be strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds on all earrings. 

Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refund is completly at your cost and risk. We do not refund any packaging and postage costs.

We will refund or exchange any item delivered to you that arrives broken/damaged or incorrect order is received. We will be happy to replace your item are no extra cost. 

To return your product, you must notify us through our Contact Us page, and we will then email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item. 

We will approve and process all the items returned to us in their original condition and packaging. For your protection, please be sure the item is packed against any possible damages during the shipping. We suggest sending your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope, and we recommend that you insure your package. We are not responsible for returns that arrive to us damaged. Once we receive the returned item, all returns are processed within 7 days.
