Shipping Policy

We are thrilled to send out your order so you will receive as soon as possible!

We will need between 2-3 working days to process orders. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the checkout. Please Contact Us to know about the shipping fees if you cannot find your country listed at the checkout page.

After your order is shipped, it should take between 5 to 10 days to arrive.

After we prepare and pack your Suku order for shipping, we give it to a trusted third-party courier. In the event that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Suku Jewellery does not take responsibility and all claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.  

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Our customers are responsible for paying any accrued during delivery such as inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by the local customs authority. These fees are not included in the price of Suku products purchased from our website. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these additional fees. We are unable to provide an estimate as to how much these fees will be, for more information, please contact your country's customs office.
